It is good for all peoples, but must be done for medical and legal reasons also.

The woman should have it severed before her wedding. The boy, before he reaches manhood. This is the law of Gud.

It is common to have a doctor present, but this is only necessary if the child has problems with incision and bleeding.

What legal reasons? I'm not aware of any laws (and I assume we're talking about laws of the land here, rather than religious laws that apply only to adherents of their respective religions) that require bits to be chopped off your private parts.

You are OBVIOUSLY NOT a MOSLEM, and your stirring up of anti-Islamic sentiment is a bit on the nose dont you know? Just a little bit obvious??
I've played along , silly me really, but I do love a bit of a ruckus. And I truly do HATE the practise of female genital mutilation.

I thought the topic, about male circumcision, was a reasonable one, until you hi-jacked
