That is certainly factor no.1. FD. Cleanliness, or lack thereof, and evrything that implies.
Not necessarily only HIV, but various other STDs. It gets a bit personal/private for some here no doubt, but ...also such things as fungal infections...thrush for eg. Or scabies, a nasty little bug that adores skin folds..
Speaking for myself of course, I also see positives in the aesthetics of the 'thing'.!

It is true, habibi. The clitoral folds are most unsightly and unhygeinic.
Our brother Falah has kindly posted the benefits for having them severed.
Our sister Soren's husband facilitited her own clitoral removal and, insh'allah, she is very pleased with the result.
It also restricts the woman's sexual desire, which is a wonderful health benefit of this proceedure as I am certain most will agree.
