Chicken,
What you're saying is as silly as this analogy:
There is a huge fight in the local pub.
In order to solve the problem you drive down to the pub
& give everyone knives, swords & handguns.
The Middle East is a powder keg & although people will
be unhappy to have their weapons taken away from them -
is there any other solution?
Your right Bobby.
The analogy was totally silly.
A pub is not a nation state or a group of states.
And these states and terrorist groups will not disarm and no-one is in a position to make them.
The UN does nothing as always, and the job is simply not possible.
UNIFIL is incapable of stopping Hezbollah re-arm under their very noses just in southern Lebanon.
The UN has already been unvited to guarantee Israel's security by having the blue caps on the ground in Israel, and they are not interested in any way shape or form.
It's up to Israel to guarantee her security.
