You couldn't be any more wrong.
Israel is not going to have the IAEA inspectors go through, simply because the IAEA is chockas full of Middle Easterners and their sympathisers.
It is akin to the US accepting Soviet nuclear inspectors in the US during the Cold war.
It ain't gonna happen.
Secondly, has anyone actually seen any one of these supposed 300 Israeli nuclear weapons, and where are they stored?
You also might want to check when General Dayan stated those words which you have quoted, and the context in which they were stated and the time in which that man served Israel.
You might like to remember Israel has been attacked four times by armies of the Arab League.
Not once, not twice, not three times but four.
And they weren't attacking to free the Palestinians, or any such left wing limp wristed tripe ideal.
They came to massacre Jews and wipe Israel off the map, and take off a slice of land for themselves.
And stating Israel is a threat to the world is another dopey left wing inconsidered ignorant statement.
It is not in anyone's interest to allow Israel to be destroyed.
Because that is what would happen if Israel disarmed.
The days are gone when the Jews shuffled naked and silently in the snow by the thousands off to the bathhouse for their Zyklon B shower followed by a trip up the chimney whilst the world wrung their hands and did nothing.
It ain't gonna happen again snowflake, not in this century.
