Trust you Grey, to come up with an intelligent, well thought out comment. I think the only 'action' you have seen in your lifetime is at the movies. The soldier involved has obviously gone 'troppo' as they used to call it. I, in no way make excuses for the soldier involved but War does crazy things to people who would otherwise be O.K. Some individuals just go stir crazy.

It is something that goes with all wars and it is a terrible thing to see.

The incident was terrible, deplorable and I condemn it.

Is that incident any different to the rogue Afghan Soldier who shot and killed Australian soldiers recently? That individual is still free to boast about his 'exploits in shooting unarmed Australian Soldiers'.

I say again...what the f...k are we doing in Afghanistan in an unwinnable war?

Blowing up schools is also a war crime yet the Taliban are unlikely to face charges of war crimes,only 1 side is being prosecuted for war crimes here.

The Taliban did not ratify the Geneva convention so how can they be expected to obey it,there are no war crimes in Islam.

The Taliban also did not sign the Universal Declaration of human rights as Islamic law violates human rights.

The USA is not a terrorist,they would have packed up and gone home sooner if the Afghans could gt their act together.
