I make no judgement on Mrs Whitlam as I never met her. But I find this thread very sad because red baron and his family did not allow Mrs Whitlam the chance to right any wrong she may have done.

None of us are perfect and we all have bad days. This day was obviously a bad day for Mrs Whitlam.

But instead of approaching her, explaining the hurt and giving Mrs Whitlam a chance to say "sorry" red baron instead chose to allow that day to eat into him to such an extent that he attacks a human being only when she cannot answer back.

For me, closure is never obtained by putting the boot into a corpse. Frequently it can only come with forgiveness.

When someone wrongs you, you forgive them not to make that person any happier but to provide for yourself the opportunity to move on.

It is not too late to forgive a person even when they are dead.

God grant me the patience to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and, above all, the wisdom to tell the difference.
