Spot how would you handle Hamas? Don't you think it is naive to expect a viable peace treaty with an organisation whose charter calls for your death?

Give them planes and bombs then you would accept them?

I would accept that they are a threat to peace.

Quote:
Hamas has never called for the death of the Israeli people. They only want to overthrow the oppressive Israeli government.

Without killing anyone? How naive do you expect people to be Falah?

Quote:
Hamas has even said that they are willing to negotiate a treaty based on 1967 borders.

Falah, it is the 'honouring' part of the treaty that matters.

Please peace has already been raped to death by Israel.
Once again reserve the same rights for others as you would want for yourself.
Put yourself in their position.
Better yet imagine Australia was Palestine.

Wouldn't killing people in that instance just be collateral damage? Which you yourself has said is OK???

Puppet I would not put myself in their position. I would get myself out of their position. Dedicating yourself to the destruction of a neighbouring country that is infinitely stronger than you is just going to bring yourself more grief. If they were serious about the negotiations, they would abandon their rediculous jihad charter.

So you are saying if Australia was invaded you would pussy out and run away????
What do you mean neighboring they are occupied in their country. What the UN says has no legitimacy.

Get a clue. You need to learn how to look at facts without emotion.

No Puppet. Neighbouring countries invaded Israel, many times. They lost, many times. That was decades ago. At some point you realise that lobbing more rockets over the border will only get you killed.

Were not talking about neighboring countries.
Israel must have a pretty good realisation then.

So then the various UN Resolutions against Israel don't have any legitimacy either??

Obviously - if they are calling for a peace agreement - their charter does not call for "your" death. Talk. Israel could @ least talk. They wont. However its obviously israel doesnt want peace anyway because they wont stop building in west bank and they break ceasefires etc.

Avram: where are the prisoners in the prisons being held without trial from? West bank? Gaza? both?

As far as I am aware they have only ever made suggestions and complaints regarding Israel which anyone is free to do. When people say that it becomes law then there is a problem.

It calls for the destruction of Israel. You are right that this completely contradicts their charter. You are wrong to conclude that the charter must therefore not exist.

You obviously havent read the thread. There were links and articles back when i first started asking the question. There is also a thread i started about the hunger strikers (you know of them) they are held without trial. Why would you ask such a stupid question anyway?

To make a point...

All of your information is 2nd hand...and is therefore questionable...

Most media reports on this subject are slanted, one way or the other (although 'mostly' pro-Pally)..

Hahahahahahahaha
By that logic your entire argument is invalid, the entire argument for your side about the subject for that matter.
