You forgot to say under C), 'under the caliphate'.

This is what allows Abo to do the rightly-guided tapdance. He obviously didn't advocate stoning of apostates under Britannic common law.
But when the caliphate cometh, British common law, like democracy and free speech, will go to hell and full sharia will be instituted. Then apostates will be stoned to death, as commanded by Islam.
