Islam's sacrament is jihad. It's what you have to do as a Muslim. Jihad is not some Buddhist spiritual exercise. it's the spreading of Islam by whatever means is possible. Not by persuasion only - see the endless invasions and massacres by Muslim hordes throughout history.

As I have said before - for most muslims jihad is a spiritual thing. I have lived in muslim countries and nobody bothered me. They didnt try to convert me or anything not like the xtians here in oz. Most of them just want to live their lives in peace but they cant because they are being interfered with in some places.

Of course there are extremists. There are extremists in every religion.
