The same ones you and I discussed when this case broke. Falling apart, it seems the same that it ever was. The article is all speculation and changes nothing.

Maybe you put the wrong information up skip.

No speculation, just facts that the Libs have been busted lying their arses off again. Slipper has already released the cab charge dockets from that time,so nothing there. All just a beat up,and you rightards are proving what conniving trash you are. As for the civil case, its all he said she said, with Ashby the obvious SHE in this case. Not to mention Ashby is on record as flirting with Slipper on those mobile calls, its a lovers tiff gone wrong, if you rightards want to have Slipper kicked out for being a closet gay you'd best kick out Pyne and phony Tony with him. Roll Eyes

Where? I've read every single message in the court documents that are freely available online and not one even insinuates flirtation on Ashby's side. You have a vivid imagination!

You would say that Tonys skirt. Roll Eyes

Uh-uh, show us the proof. Which message(s) show Ashby flirting with Slipper? These documents are readily available, so I look forward to seeing your "proof". Put up, or shut up.

Here:

Quote:
Ashby texts Slipper at 5.44pm: "DO NOT DO THE SOCIAL MEDIA INTERVIEW WITH CATHY. They are digging for a new angle. It will not be good!!!! The questions are laced with double meaning. It's like answering the 'do i look fat' question. There's not (sic) right answer. The daily do not like u! U do not like them! I do not like them! Do not help them sell papers!"

After finding out Slipper had done the interview he texted him at 6.10pm: "You're not funny! I cannot believe you called her! We'll have to clean this mess up now !! f**k f**k f**k"

7.06pm - Slipper texts Ashby: "Relax my friend! x"

Ashby replies at 7.07pm: "It's so very hard to when u care about the bloke they keep f**king over. I hope like hell they don't f**k u over with this report"

7.19pm - Slipper texts Ashby: "Xxx"

9.38pm - Slipper texts Ashby: "Would be good if you here but perhaps we are not close enough?"

10pm - Slipper again texts: "Would be good if you here but perhaps we are not close enough?"

I've seen worse harassment between lovesick teenagers.  Undecided

Now argue away!

Well, I honestly don't remember. I am not saying that I didn't, but I don't remember seeing anything that I would consider a flirt, and don't know how to retrieve the thread.

I think that your last comment is kind of unfair. You know that I am not a fan of either Labor or the Coalition, and want to see justice done, no more or less.

Here's another exchange-looks pretty flirty to me.Certainly not the texts of a man being sexually harassed.

Quote:
Ashby: "Haha where's Tim tonight?"

Slipper: "Missing".

Ashby: "Gone to pick up lol".

Slipper: "Do you think Timbo is closer to me than you?"

Ashby: 'Yeah but that's to be expected. He's known u longer. That sort of stuff doesn't worry me".

Slipper: "Gone to prick (sic) up to whom? And closer to you than pete?"

Ashby: "No he's closer to you. I hardly know him".

Ashby: "A random root lol!"

Ashby: "I've gotta stop being rude to my friends. Text u when I leave".

Really? Then you musn't have read many of my posts, because I have several times, such as Abbott's ridiculous "They just are" comment, Hockey's weak performance on Q and A, and have expressed on more than one occassion that I don't want a Coalition landslide win, because I believe that it's important to have an effective Opposition.

Also, perhaps you should read my posts in this very thread, adel. I said that Joyce's comment was out of line and insensitive. I have also been a swinging voter all of my life, so your comment is ludicrous.

I don't know if I would consider that flirting, but I do see how it could be viewed that way. As crazy as it may sound, I also have some compassion for Slipper. He's obviously lived a closeted life, probably too afraid to be out in the open.

The texts certainly weren't abusive or anything. There was only really one example of 'abuse', in my opinion; the "Not going on Sydney cruises" part, and Slipper clearly was stll pursuing Ashby after he had said that he wasn't interested.

Sure, I have made many slamming Labor and the Greens, but I don't know that I have really made any "praising" the Libs.  Huh

This was a lie hatched between Pyne and Ashby, and Pyne should resign,as should phony Tony when it is proven he was also involved. I said all along this was phony Tony's Grech moment and today's news enforces that.

Abbott is too cunning to get directly involved in this sort of thing. For sure it would be entirely handled by underlings like Pyne.
