24  And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,

Aside from the fact -

1) They have stopped building new settlements in the West Bank.
2) Handed Gaza to the Palestinians (who previously by the way didn't have self-determination and were ruled by an Egyptian occupier).

But don't let facts blur your anger.
