Sounds relatively boring.

The question then is why are these people automatically stigmatized as "sickos" when they are simply acting in accordance with their hard-wired sexual orientation?

Helloooo this is the 21st century.  I thought we had moved on from the dark ages where people were punished for their sexual orientation?

There is actually a reason incest is illegal is because of what happens with the offspring. IMO (this is prolly not socially acceptable to say) but nowadays if theres no pregnancies involved what is the problem?

It is a disgusting thought to me though.

It is also usually an abusive relationship, at least in the traditional context. We consider any sexual relationship to be inappropriate when there is an element of authority involved - eg teacher/student (regardless of the ages involved), boss/employee etc. You should seek help from the organisations mentioned in the OP.

Force them to abort if they are stupid and get preggers.

That is hardly a solution.

These days, with family units getting smaller or more distant - ie many people not living anywhere near their cousins, or even their biological parents or half siblings, you would expect this to become more common.

Why should *I* seek help?

Because you are a certified raving friggen lunatic.

I was asking FD (are you FD?) .
