MORE than 50 per cent of voters believe the opposition's pursuit of Craig Thomson was either reasonable or did not go far enough, while fewer than one-third feel the Coalition has overstepped the mark.

Blah Blah Blah. The poll found that while there was significant concern about the treatment of Mr Thomson, it did not reflect the majority view.

So, now Maqqa what do you say? The  'pro' was in NZ at the time.! Shocked Cool Cheesy

ANY interest on getting back on thread?? or has it suddenly become clear to all of you   (indecribable fools)  that you resemble nothing more than a howling mob, lusting for blood.??
So perhaps??

...... this has degenerated to  Victorian political crap, and I wonder why??  NOT.!!!.!! Wouldn't waste my time reading  any of it.

The crap's on you, fools.

Former Penrith MP Karyn Paluzzano has pleaded guilty to falsely claiming sitting-day relief payments and lying to a corruption inquiry.

Ms Paluzzano, 52, of Orchard Hills, pleaded guilty to three counts of making false and misleading statements under the terms of NSW parliament sitting-day relief entitlements in the Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday.

She also pleaded guilty to giving false and misleading evidence to the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) on April 16, 2010.

Ms Paluzzano quit parliament in 2010 over the claims she falsified forms to obtain money to which she was not entitled.

The charges are that she falsely signed 18 sitting-day relief forms for various staff members during periods in 2006 and 2007.

Magistrate Julie Huber adjourned the matter for sentencing on August 9.

LIBERAL Senator Mary Jo Fisher has been cleared of shoplifting charges but found guilty of assaulting a Foodland security officer.

Today Magistrate Kym Boxall cleared Fisher of stealing goods from the supermarket at Frewville last year.

But Mr Boxall said Fisher did use force against store security officer Cathryn Groot.

He did not record a conviction or impose a penalty.
