LIBERAL Senator Mary Jo Fisher has been cleared of shoplifting charges but found guilty of assaulting a Foodland security officer.

Today Magistrate Kym Boxall cleared Fisher of stealing goods from the supermarket at Frewville last year.

But Mr Boxall said Fisher did use force against store security officer Cathryn Groot.

He did not record a conviction or impose a penalty.

"Assault a lady"

You wouldn't be trying to portray or infer it was a helpless lady were you? Of course not

It was a security guard

Last but not least - to use Mary-Jo's example in the same sentence as Thommo's case is another disgraceful act of the lowest kind by lefties

Mental health issues such as panic attacks carries a huge stigma in our society. As a socialist I'd thought you'd be more empathic to it.

But you are not!!!

So good, that's settled, Fisher etc, don't have to resign. So the answer to all you righties about this whole Thomson resignation saga is simply:

Interesting that the Police investigation believed they could prove that the Howard government ministers knew all about the payments to Iraq.

The Howard Government were aparently providing material support to an enemy if this was true - well as a matter of fact they were required to know and responsible either way.

Had the same standards been applied thay would have all been in the cell next to David Hicks with him being probably the only one innocent of the charge.

I seems to me that none of them were pleading guilty either?
