I am sure THOMO already has his answer to that one...ha.ha.ha..

he has turned this into a circus  does he really think he can point fingers and have no one retaliate.he is mad.. why didnt his wife stop him..
this whole thing was so  rehearsed it was like watching an episode of Law and Order..

apart from the rusted on I havent sen one person thats taken it seriously...that is if you dont count the independents..hahahahaha..

nope it isnt funny I am over it.. either charge him or let him go..

I am not sure I am ready to hear the hookers version of this...

At it again Cods.   Just be fair.  THOMSON ? turned it into a circus??? Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Give it over Cods. Thats as pure a line of blindness as any other I have seen from you to date.!

What do you know?? hmm, that the actual appointed investigators don't.?  Be honest, .... you know nothing about it, you just have a prejudicial opinion of any person who is not a Lib .
And THAT is obvious.!!
But its not up to you.. or me... or PP or the other morons.

You are OVER IT.  ?? Bored  with the tar and feathers???  Lucky you.  Thomson doesn't have that option... and I wish all the moron libs and media who haven't got anything better to do were ALSO. OVER IT!!

What a deceitful distraction from the real today this has become, and what an apparent avenue for attack by the pitiful Abbott.  Had to laugh  tonight at question time.
Again he showed his puerility in the face of real issues.
What an f'in failure.. Grin.... Gillard wiped the floor with him,,  and so she should. He is so far outside of what is GOOD for Aus its incredible to me people still listen to him.
He is  without weight, without credibility, and projects an aura of desperation.

I LOVE THAT.!!!!!!!!

"I am not sure I am ready to hear the hookers version of this".....   why is that???
She's probably done plenty of libs in her time.
Assuming it is anything other than a typical embarrassing ACA deflection of truth and a foul smell.
Haven't watched it for decades.!!! It is crap.!!!

I wish they would sort this out in court and be done with it. Even though there are a lot of inconsistencies in Craig Thomson's story, somehow I think that if you paid a prostitute $60,000, she would bugger anybody you chose - or their life at least.  The term "credible witness" doesn't immediately spring to mind, but it would certainly make for a good story with $60,000 worth of embellishments. You could even get a professional script writer and some acting lessons thrown in for that price.

However if Craig Thomson is really innocent and has any integrity whatsoever, he should be taking legal action against Channel 9.

It is almost useless using her now we know what we know. Do we really need to confirm it was thomson now. We know he spent the $770 on a dinner function *cough cough*

He has lied in parliament with this little nugget.

good point but if you were asked what is the morr believable claim - thomsons 'set up claim' or the hooker's memory, which is the more believable option?

the hookers memory. That story is at least believable if a little unlikely. Thomsons claim however is unbelievable and utterly unlikely.

Have you read this? Seems to be more reasonable than you think.

Ive read it and it is an idiotic - almosty breathtakingly silly post. It contructs scenarios that are implausible simply to say that Thomson could be innocent. Not at any point in this ridiculous fantasy does it seek the simple or obvious conclusion. It is the very worst example of investigation. it starts with a conclusion and then works backs constructing an elaborate set of incidents to support it. And in true Thomson style, not a single elecment is supported by even a grain of truth. Fantasy all the way.

Its not there to show he is innocent. Its there to show he *could* be innocent. Its possible.

SOB

you dod know that a non-critical belief in conspiracy theories without evidence is a sign of schizophrenia?

Nope you are wrong.

Well, actually it is. You are trying to claim, by a carefully cultivated innuendo, a more authoritative understanding of these matters because of obliquely hinted-at legal qualification, whereas there is nil evidence in your posts that you have any such legal quals.

You can express whatever opinion you have, of course, but your posts have not shown any evidence of any legal training.

My dad was a lawyer (mainly solicitor) and Aussie seems to use the same information retrieval systems. Also same jargon.

Thomson could've ended this years ago if he'd just taken it like a man and confessed. But noooooo, he's dragged it out and dragged his wife through it with him - along with the Labor Party. These are the actions of an extremely selfish individual.

The problem with a less-than-credible hooker telling her story is that it is still more credible than Thomsons story. if nothing else, it is an indcation of just how poorly he is believed that a paid-for-whore has more beleivability.

All hookers are not less-than-credible. Having had some contact in the industry (no I haven't worked as a hooker) Of the three women I know  that worked as escorts, two were RNs and one was going to Uni and now is a psychotherapist.

They had drug and health test every three months.

fopr every one you find working thru uni there are 10 working their way thru drug addiction. The word of a hooker will always be less-than-credible and perhaps unfairly so but it remains that way.

She is as much at fault as Thomson. eh was told in 2010 not to let him stand again becaus of his past. and since it all blew up she has repeatedly refused to make him  come to account for his actions. Even now, she is doing nothing to end this charade.
