Go home to England Abbott, Gillard, Hanson, Howard and all of the rest of the corporate maggots - we dont want you here. Lips Sealed

Hanson and Howard are both Australian born....

Whitey has got a point though, they are loyal British subjects and not truly Australian.

Irrelevant, England isn't 'home' to either of them...
It is for Abbott and Gillard (English and Welsh born, respectively)

I cant see why Australian Politicians should be allowed to conspire with British or American politicians behind our backs either at the Government to Government level.

Not irrelevant at all, they equivocate being an Australian with their sense of "Britishness" they say one thing...they want to reclaim their country, but really mean they want to preserve their British ties.  Their heart and soul is not Australian - at least half belongs in a foreign land...

So a good result all round, even if arrived at shambolically.

Which just goes to show that Labor in a shambles is still HEAPS better than a well oiled, tightly run Liberal machine on a fast run to nowhere.  Tongue

Is that why under a Labor government the Aust GDP has decreased?

Pensioners will receive their first carbon price compensation on Monday.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard says single pensioners will receive a one-off payment of $250 and couples $380
. The amounts apply to full and part pensions.

"This assistance is there to help people with the flow-through impact of putting a price on carbon," Ms Gillard told reporters in Canberra on Sunday.

From March next year, single pensioners will receive an extra $338 each year, paid at the same time as their normal pension. Couples will receive an extra $510.

Ms Gillard said millions of pensioners will be better off.
Compensation worth $707 million will be paid to pensioners before the carbon price starts on July 1.

No, it's about an incompetent and disfunctional government wanting to bring in overseas workers to do Australian jobs, the Union not being happy about it and the government having to change its mind before all hell breaks loose.

Why should England be home to someone from Wales?

Sure God created man before woman. But then you always make a rough draft before the final masterpiece.
