Someone in Tanya Plibersek's (ALP) office has put up posters that insinuate that Tony Abbott is racist, homophobic and sexist. She has also refused to apologise to him for these posters, saying that they were "sattire". If that is what passes for sattire in the ALP, then that truly is pathetic. Can anyone imagine the uproar if the posters had been in a Liberal office and showed a picture of Julia Gillard with similar comments? We'd have not heard the end of it! The hypocrisy and double-standards of the ALP are atrocious.

Firstly, he has never said Gillard (I'm assuming that's who you're referring to) has a fat ass or any variation of that wording. He has always been strident in his condemnation of any personal attacks on Gillard based on her marital status or physique on the basis that people should respect the office she occupies even if they don't respect her as a person.

Secondly, I hardly think that one would be anywhere near as insulted being called a thug as they would be if called sexist, homophobic or racist. Grow up.

yet they never put up any when they tell us Abbott is this and Abbott is that..

No it wasnt gillard. Some other woman. I dont remember now but he had to apologise.

And also "thug" wasnt all he called that guy. He accused him of doing illegal things and the guy is suing him.
