Now, if I had copied and pasted a web address in between those two brackets with url in them, then it becomes a live link, which people can click on, to take them to the source material.
It is always good etiquette to do so, and sometimes a legal requirement when quoting from certain sites.

So, unknot your knickers Cods, and behave yourself, people here cut you a great deal of slack, because you tell them you are a little old lady, so they try to show restraint, but when you act churlishly, it will inspire a far different response, from some.

As for adels remarks, they were in reference to articles he quoted and linked to, which you were too lazy, or incapable, to bother finding.
So act your age, and grow up.

would you speak to a lefty like this?.. I doubt it.. and I almost never refer to my age I leave that to the nasty left. to do..

I have never seen a link from adel.. that simple..

however we righties have to believe it if you say so..dont we.

its really noticeable how rude everyone is getting on here.. is it any wonder when they read things like this from a supposed no biased moderator..

remembering how the mods trashed mellie..I will keep my knickers from knotting as you so crudely put it..and not bother you again.

You haven't been singled out Cods and again you don't read what is often said to a lefty. Mozzaok has said worse to me and others from both sides of politics. You have said some pretty extreme things too. We all do sometimes when we get annoyed.

The mods didn't trash Mel. Another member who no longer posts here was responsible for her banning. People are rude on forums Cods. You should be used to it by now. We can't demand that everyone conforms to how we personally believe people should behave.

thanks mantra even you and I have had our moments/... HOWEVER..

yes I too saw maccas post on Abbott and it was way before he was in politics.. this is what I was talking about..the way it was put on the boards over and over again.. it was just alluding to abbott sexual harassment change..no date or result of the charge..

having been hauled over the coals about links.. I dont see what the problem with expecting a lefty to front up with the links either..

as has been pointed out..it wont happen..

picking on a lefty I mean.. as it is I havent seen any mod have a go at a lefty..

the mods did trash mellie.. and FD.. he told her to ping off in no uncertain manner..

yes I know she had trouble with the posters and thats one thing I had a run in with her..

but I just dont think its right a mod should join in thats all. I am saying.

they claim to be here to keep the boards fair and honest..
