When it comes to the weekly shopping, I usually do it locally, as it's more convenient, but from time to time I'll go somewhere else for a change. Auburn is one of those other places, as are Leichhardt and Castle Hill. My ideal place to go shopping though would be Melbourne.

I did catch a chill about three weeks ago, but I'm allright now.....

The house prices will be lower.

If the prices are lower then it could be because the brown ppl take advantage of the lower prices. However I think you are wrong. I dont see any lower prices in any suburbs where there are supposed nonwhites.

then you're not looking. I thought it was a well known and accepted phenomenon. I can't/won't provide a comprehensive analaysis, but consider the following:

Girrwaheen is a neighbouring suburb from greenwood.
Girrawheen is full of non-whites, greenwood is not.

There is a $200K median price difference between the 2 suburbs.

note that this rule doesn't apply to asians.

Suburbs with a large concentration of non-white people have a much lower average value of the house than other areas.

That is simple fact.

There is the odd exception but on the whole that rings true.

So put simply - yes they do bring down the value on your house.
It's nothing for people to be upset about, I am not, it's just recognition of a fact.

As a comedian said recently in a show "It's not being racist, it's saying that your fking eyes work"
