The GDP position has been 0.3% and 0.3% for the last two successive quarters. It's affected a lot more so by the debt position of Europe and the commodity markets than FX movement.

However it does point out as I mentioned the underlying issues affecting Australia are there and also that there are a lot of conditions which makes the picture not this perfect land some of those on here, who know little better, would have you believe.

Perth has 1.74 Million people

No that was only one refinery six months ago.. and everyone, well the lefties anyway said it was only because it was past its useby..the rest would not be going.well they are

thought you would like know about it thats all..
