Minority Government = Maximum Return
Jun 18th, 2012 at 6:48pm

Minority government is the superior outcome within the current model.

Those that are sick of their electorate being ignored, their issues being ignored, should be working for a hung parliament after the next election.

Those that oppose democracy should work against a hung parliament, and towards a dictatorship.

Which model do you support : Dictatorship or a Democratic Hung Parliament?

The Greens will be the first ones against the wall when the revolution comes.

The message is pretty clear - this from the greatest anti communist warrior of the 20th century - I am not a Catholic btw, cant I admire the man for his principles and not be a catholic or something?

I'll go with the third and best option - a democratically elected government chosen by the people, not a bunch of neanderthal independents and a nutjob Greens leader.

Independents and Greens were and are democratically elected.

The only issue is that the neo cons haven't figured out how to operate within a hung parliament, so just sulk. The biggest losers are the nongs that voted for them ... another term without representation.

Ive got to say, that I see the greens becoming more mainstream every day.  They seem to have less focus on some of their nuttier policies.

Hung parliments are the way to go, if you want true accoutability.

The current system ignored me when I voted for 'there will be no carbon tax under a government I lead'.

This system of lying to gain power sux worse than the proper system.
