Abu I would be interested to hear your views on Preston Mosque and the apparent progressive movement within the local Muslim community.

Can anyone suggest ways I can get my wife to join this mosque?

I'm sure you would.

My views on any particular community are irrelevant. What's relevant is that polygamy is acceptable in Islam, and it would seem by Australian "values" there's no problem with it, so long as they are just counted as de-facto relationships.

That's all that matters right? It's compatible with Australian "values", so move along.

That's not very "Australian" of you soren, sounds like you've brought your foreign ways here, which don't mesh with our Australian "values".

Where are you from again?

What about the Mosque? Are you allowed to comment on that? Was it wrong for them to bow to public pressure?
