Well. That's hardly a value. I don't think that's very responsible at all.

I was always taught to be self-reliant and stand on my own two feet.

We call it ingenuity.  Not a value you will have heard of in Pakistan.

And what ingenuity will we use when we find ourselves in the same economic position as Pakistan?
Mmmm bet outsourced jobs from China would sound goooood.

I'm sorry, in Pakistan our work is done by domestics.

There's another value: domesticity. I like to keep a nice home.

Why would I care about money?  I keep telling you brah:

"If money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability."

I have enough to get by, but wealth accumulation for the sake of it ain't really my thang.  By the standards of us decadent westerners, I've got bugger all - no shares, no property portfolio, no fancy cars or sprawling mansion.  I just take care of bizness, like a good man does, no matter what system he works under.

And I think you've got to be a bit more honest with yourself WA.  Whining about the financial system isn't a very useful skill, and every minute you spend doing that is a minute you're not using to improve yourself....and I'm not just saying that to mock you  this time.

What is "it" that you do?

If you mean whining about the finacial system, yeah, you do do it for yourself.  You do it becasue it makes you feel good.  It sure doesn't help anyone else does it?

You really think it makes me feel good to know that my entire country and the entire world are getting ripped of and driven into crippling poverty?
