Assad has placed his puppet regime people in place of the military and they are committing war atrocities onto civilians by firing on them and sending in tanks to shoot them and using the air force.

This has been confirmed by independent observors in the region.

I know Syria, i served part of my national service on the Syria border, I know how they are with their military from first hand.
