If your delivery address is not the same as the card billing address, the transaction handler (not JB) may request confirmation. This applies also to those who use PO Box numbers for billing addresses and street address for delivery. This is more evident if they are differing towns, suburbs or states.

This is NOT JB's issue, it is the transaction handler who sets the rules. Until 2 years ago I had an online business and I know this to be true.

That may be true (although i have bought stuff for other ppl heaps @ other online stores and put their address for delivery and not had a problem) but my credit card address *is* the same as my home address. Come to think of it - WTF? That makes it even more stupid that they wanted me to prove it.

SOB

Well something is flagging your credit card number, it's primarily an automated system. I use to get online customers, not many granted, ringing me asking me what the problem was.
