Obama to be indefinetley detained

Should Obama And Congress Be Arrested Under The NDAA?
http://www.infowars.com/should-obama-and-congress-be-arrested-under-the-ndaa/
Quote:
Should President Obama (alongside Lindsay Graham and John McCain) be wearing an orange jumpsuit?

Welcome to the beautiful and surreal reality of life under American corporatism, under a Congress that churns out thousands  and thousands of pages of (often contradictory) legislation a year.

If providing material assistance to al-Qaeda is illegal under the National Defence Authorization Act (2012), and Obama and Congress are sending $25 million of aid to al-Qaeda-affiliated Syrian opposition, aren’t Congress and President Obama violating their own law? Should Obama (or at least the Justice Department) not be using “all necessary and appropriate force” including “the power to indefinitely detain” to prevent Obama and Congress from assisting al-Qaeda? Did anyone in Congress or the Obama administration even bother to read the law that they were signing? Do Federal laws no longer apply to lawmakers?

The only question left from this abrupt and absurd turnaround — from funding bin Laden’s mujahideen thirty years ago, to ten years ago declaring war on al-Qaeda, to today sending them material assistance — would appear to be whether or not Obama will pull a 1984 and claim that “we have always been at war with Eurasia“.

Once one president is allowed to break the law ie Iraq, then the following ones will take it that bit further, or in the case of Obama, a whole lot further.

The Pentagon are lawless terrorists. They run the country, the president is the puppet.

Answer the highlighted part of the op.

Why is the president immune to the legislation and the rest of the country not?

You do know that he has aided and abetted Al Qaeda, don't you?

Think Libya where the Al Qaeda flag was flying high on the court house after Gadaffi was murdered.

Your point is well made - yes Obama can be prosecuted or impeached legally, but it requires citizens or a citizen with the kind of single minded pigheadedness and determination of Kenneth Star who pursued Bill Clinton through the courts for presidential misconduct...

Citizens have to activate the legal mechanisms to bring down radical and dangerous political leadership....we can do the same here in Australia too, it just requires the will of the people to enforce the law to defend their constitutional rights. Smiley Smiley

I'll ask again.

Why is the president immune to the current legislation and the rest of the country not?

Who in the Pentagon is aiding and abetting Al Qaeda?
a supposedly sworn enemy of the USA and a terrorist regime.

Should they be identified and held indefinitely without trial?

This one.

Iraq war was illegal and breached UN charter, says Annan

No he's right. I think you are insane.

However, I really like your argument style and wit...

Particularly the "dude bugger off" response.

That was razor sharp wit.....
