Immigration Minister Chris Bowen yesterday warned asylum seekers they could no longer assume that they would be allowed to stay in Australia if they came by boat.

"From this point forward anybody who comes to Australia by boat runs the risk of being transferred to an offshore processing place," he said.

What a joke! Does that mean that previously the government was welcoming these people with open arms?

These are public boards, and frankly I don't care much about you. But be assured, when I see lies and misinformation coming from anyone on these boards - I will respond.
