I have adjusted the forum time to AEST without daylight savings. That is the time as it appears when you are logged out. It was previously GMT+9, now it is GMT+10.

When you are logged in, the time will appear according to how you set it in your profile. Go to profile - options to change it. Untick the daylight savings option. It obviously assumes you are in the northern hemisphere.
