The tomb you've pictured there is clearly that which is claimed to be of Prophet Joseph (pbuh) not St. Joseph, don't worry though, you're only about 2000 years off.
And I find it rather strange how Muslims ruled over that site for about 1200 years, and no destruction befell it, yet within a few decades of the Zionist entity entering into the land, it was all of a sudden fought over and damaged. Also as we can see, it's Palestinian secularists (ie. PLO) who are desecrating it, not Muslims.
In fact if we read about the history of the tomb, we find it's the Christians who posed the most risk to it throughout the ages.
