I expect the surrender document to be signed shortly, so we need  to attend to the victory parade, occupation officials need to be sworn in.. and the trials of the war criminals to be scheduled..

pardon for trolling crimes committed during the Revolution

In accordance with the offered surrender conditions, and regulations yet to be proclaimed, issued on 15th November 2012, in the free thinking thread, as well as the penal code, Criminal Procedure Law and under the recommendation of the committee formed by the victorious alliance's decree 225 of 2012, the law stipulates the following:

Article 1

Skippy is hereby granted a general pardon for all trolling convictions and misdemeanours, convictions or attempted-trollings committed in opposition to the revolution and the fulfilment of its goals during that period.

Article 2

The prosecutor general (me) and the military wing leadership are to publish the pardon in the official provisional government gazette within one month of the issuing of the decree.

Article 3

Those who are were not granted a pardon have the right to file petitions – free of fees – to the victorious alliance leadership within a month of this proclamation.

Said petition results in the freezing of any trial or investigative process, and to be resolved within 30 days from the day the petition is filed.

If the petition is rejected, it will be automatically transferred to a special commission authorised to decide the fate of petitions mentioned.

Article 4

A commission consisting of me is to be formed to have the final say on all petitions, The commission’s decisions are to be reached through majority vote.

The commission will inform the petitioner of the time and place of the session held to look into their complaint three days prior to session; notifices sent to to petitioners will be notarised.

Article 5

Appeals to the commission's decisions are not permitted, and once the petition is rejected the process of investigation or trial of the accused is to continue.

Article 6

The pardon granted according to this law doesn’t override any civil rights, as defined by the provisional government, owed to other individuals not involved in the matter.
