i dispute that, i would imagine they have far better access to nutrition, healthcare, education then many many people in third world countries.
they certainly get the lions share of the attention.
again, note 1500 deaths during the last israeli invasion versus 2 million in the south sudan war.

they also persist with targeting non combatants in israel and israel shows some restraint in not just annihilating them.

its up to the moderate palestinians to clean up the nutbags in palestine. until they do that, they really cant expect any better treatment.
