There is history in the Bible, there are Atlases and historical timelines, maps and survey manuals to aid in study of the history in it...only an ignorant fool rejects knowledge and it is a miserable fool that deliberately tries to deny and bury knowledge out of personal prejudice and closed mindedness....How do you understand anything if you have not studied and meditated on it whether you agree or not and how do you even have a right to have an opinion if it is based on ignorance... A book is a book, you have to at least attempt to try to read it from the perspective of the light of the people who wrote it. And to compare it with a fairy tale just demonstrates the shallow depth of your level of comprehension ability. Much of the Bible and other early manuscripts record the thoughts and experiences of real life people known as the Tribes of Israel, a lot of it can be verified by alternative sources - eg the Egyptian and Babylonian history and the history of the Greeks and the Romans...wake up to yourself and stop being such an asspie...You want to reject all knowledge...? Because all knowledge has been written by real life people through the light they had and we are not much better in our own age...You just think you are... Grin

Nope. The bible is fiction. Not only that but it contains nothing that is actually useful in the way of "history". If its the only source then its fiction.

Let me bet, you don't believe in the Egyptians, the Persians, the Babylonians or even the Romans ay spot. After all, they are in the silly "fairytale" book so they must be false...

Ever heard the expression, "It's hard to remember your original intention was to drain the swamp when your up to your arse in alligators?"

You see that is the status quo for both sides in the Middle East conflict.

Forget all about who started it or whose fault it was. It's gotten way past there.

Now it's just a simple case of who has the biggest freaking gun.

Israel have 70,000 troops massed on the border.

Thing is, who is going to blink first?

So far the Muslims have proved one thing, they can't fight their way out of a wet paper bag, they make the Italians look like a Colossus.
