The prophecy in Hair is one of those dodgy, mass-produced predictions, designed not to be examined or taken too seriously.

Who else makes predictions like that?

I flew to England on 12/12/12 Bobby, there are loads of people who refused to fly that day because of the date. Planes crash because of poor flying or poor maintenance of aircraft, not because of some nonsense made up date.

I believe that most mythical religions stem from factual reasoning, such as (the then required) allagorical stories which explained the knowledge of planetary movements.

Many religions were usurpers of this knowledge, most especially Christianity.

I pay due respect to the truth seekers who gave themselves for an honest future. Christianity can go to their self-invented, self-believed version of hell.

My dear child, it is good that you research the important science of astrology. But a little knowledge from Wikipedia goes a very short way.

There are many forms of planetary alignment which occur throughout the year: trines, squares and sextiles are among them. Of course the moon is in the "seventh house" each day. The moon orbits the earth.

The system of ages, however, is based on the earth’s axis, which moves much more slowly than the moon orbiting the earth. Ages are the great cogs of time. Planetary alignment and the moon’s orbit are mere seconds - fractions of seconds.

The dramas of our lives might be based on such moments, but the drama of the ages has a different pace. Forgiven?

True - a lot of morality in the Bible was borrowed from other ancient civilisations.
