NDIS is a good idea and has bipartisan support I believe, it must be overseen by a Liberal Government though as under Hard Labor it will just become yet another rorters paradise as they don't give a frogs fat ass about taxpayers monies, in fact they have a sneaking respect for those that do rort the taxpayer, the boat people scam being a fine example.
