I have no idea where you got the idea I identified as left-wing.

But the left-wing doctrines that have ravaged todays societies come from the boomers - they never grew out of their youthful idealism, wirth their feminism, multiculturalism, civil rights obsessions, and unfortunately, they gained the power to foist their ill-conceived ideals upon the world.

You know what I see in Beijing LW???

Law and order.

I walked through the centre of the city on a Saturday night and its lovely.
Walk through the middle of Sydney and Melbourne same time and see the difference.

The respect for the police in Australia is non existent thanks to the erosion of laws by baby boomer ideology whereas here the respect for the People's Army who police the streets is visible and clear.

What a breath of fresh air and like Australia once was.

the safest country in the 20th century was the USSR - and for the same reason.

why dont you go our ino the peasant areas and see what the China that REALLY is, is like? but you cant because you arent allowed to.

you are easily bought. good wi-fi, nice clean streets and you forget the concentraion camps and the lack of freedom. I really dont think you have a moral compass that works very well.

well if the dominant ideology of the day celebrates weakness and victimhood, as the ideology of the left-wing does, it stands to reason that those traits are going to be expressed in greater concentrations by people raised in that environment.

Gee, I wonder why that could be??? Maybe the mass brainwashing campaign in education and the media (headed by boomers) todays yooof have been subjected to may have soemthing to do with it?

The boomers may not have INVENTED these idoelogies, but they sure brought them to prominence. I don't see how that can be disputed.
As I said, they never outgrew their naive, youthful idealism, they just gained the power to unleash it upon us all.
