I've been through the last few pages. Nothing even comes close to an answer, progs. Is this just another case of you misrepresenting the truth.

The "truth"?    Undecided

So it's the "truth" now?

I see.

No, not at all.

Nup, nothing. You really don't like to deal with the specifics, do you progs. Perhaps you might like to forward the questions to your pal Anthony.

I'm afraid not.

It might be the truth, but we don't actually know.

Let's just stick to the facts.

The truth is that the IPCC which has been vested with the task of interpreting the body of scientific literature that relates to climate change, has come to the conclusion that their are virtually certain the climate is changing and it's predominately us.

Selectively. They are just political activists, full of environmental activists.

Yes, I accept that.  Who wouldn't?

However, "it's predominately us" is not necessarily the truth.

We get it, greggery. Virtually certain means there is a 1% chance we're not warming the planet and very high confidence means there is a 10% chance that natural forcings are more than just a bit player.

So, yes, greggery, lets pretend AGW is not very likely.

I'm not pretending it's not very likely: it might be the truth, it might not.

Using terms like "virtually certain" and "high confidence" don't get us any nearer to the truth.

I'll keep my mind open: this isn't a numbers game.

Absolutely.

Now stand by for cries of "is your child's future boring".

"Is the future of the planet boring?"
