Reality - at least 33 periods of glaciers growing and retreating are already known to the scientific community.

Guess what, it’s normal, its business as usual, quit the BS, we aren't buying the poo you're selling.

it is the basic tneor of the sceptic position that we have been in this position a hundred times before. The world isnt ending and climate has changed ever since creation and will continue to do so with scant regard for our impact.

Greenland glacier advancing 7.2 miles per year!

Here's a (partial) list of the specific glaciers that are growing ...

So right off the bat we know beyond doubt that you are at most possibly 14 or 15 years old

Of those few years, you can't remember say, ten of those years in any detail, particularly in relation to the weather

Of the possible remaining four or five years of your short life and even shorter attention-span, you were clearly sucking up the cool-aid of global-warming pap fed you by those who regard you as a complete moron lacking independent thought

Best leave weather issues to those with both brain and memory through several decades

such as those in Sydney right now, where INDOORS it is reaching for 19 degrees

That's right -- 19 degrees.  And where are the hysterical headlines about it or anything to match the sqealing about one hot day a few weeks ago?  Nope.  Nothing.  Dead silence from the media

Those who've actually lived real lives well remember January temperatures in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s compared with post millenium and can tell you from personal experience that in the past, at this time of year, people knew to expect searing heat well into the 40s, plus heavy humidity.  If you'd told them that in 2013, people in Sydney would be wearing jumpers in early February because it was only 19 degrees -- they wouldn't have believed you, to put it mildly

And if these incredibly poor Paid to Posts were to glance at the true situation with global cooling, they'd forsake their .14 shekels per post and move lock, stock and larder up to Far North Queensland in the hope of avoiding, if only for a short while, the coming Ice Age

Yep, 19 degrees indoors in Sydney.  Colder outdoors.  At what used to be the hottest time of year.  Yet no media hysteria or cherry picking the records about that

Semantics again. Its not "global warming" its "climate change". That means the temperatures are getting more extreme (in either direction).

Seeing as you only came out from under your rock less than a year ago let me help you.

In the beginning it was called GLOBAL WARMING by the scientists and politicians. When people began to question the validity of GLOBAL WARMING the alarmists and the looney politicians including Mr Fraud himself, make me a multi millionaire  Al Gore thought, hmm, this isn't working to well. They pulled their heads out of their arses and came up with, wait for it................. CLIMATE CHANGE.

You do know it was a Republican strategy to use the term climate change rather than global warming.

Does it look like it stopped warming at any stage. Each successive decade has been warmer than the last.

...

Quote:
In an advisory memo to the Republican Party written in 2002, political strategist Frank Luntz said, “It’s time for us to start talking about ‘climate change’ instead of global warming. ... ‘Climate change’ is less frightening than ‘global warming.’ As one focus group participant noted, climate change ‘sounds like you’re going from Pittsburgh to Fort Lauderdale.’ While global warming has catastrophic connotations attached to it, climate change suggests a more controllable and less emotional challenge” (Luntz 2002, p. 142).

Luntz went on: “Republicans can redefine the environmental debate and make inroads on what conventional wisdom calls a traditionally Democratic constituency, because we offer better policy choices to the Washington-run Bureaucracy. But we have to get the talk right to capture that segment of the public that is willing to give President Bush the benef it of the doubt on the environment—and they are out there waiting. The words on these pages are tested—they work!” (Luntz 2002, p. 142, emphasis added).

Those beings looking at us from a different dimension would surely come to the conclusion that our race is destined for demise.

If the global warming issue is as serious as most scientists say, then they may as well turn their attention to genetically engineering future generations with a flexible back so that they can kiss their ass goodbye.

There's just no hope at all.
Some people believe one way, some believe the other. Some believe it's a government conspiracy, some couldn't care less. Some people believe a magical man who walks on water will save us, some don't.

But we all vote, and the majority are against so much as a carbon tax which goes about 3 poofteen millionths the way to solving the problem.
Barring a successful reichstag type uprising by scientists and world dictatorship, there will be nothing done until it's too late.

Our destination is already mapped out. We're designed to care about the now and a little about the immediate future.
The far off future is a different world away and most of us couldn't give a rat's about it because we won't be here.

I know, that's the problem. I don't care enough about it either. Any unlivable impact will be well past my time.

Whatever the total truth about climate change really is, and whatever your opinion, there's never going to be enough voters prepared to do the hard miles to bring about a solution anyway.

So yeah, I'll go with the flexible back option and maybe invent myself a God or two.

Which reinforces the idea that you're under 15...up until about 10 years ago it WAS 'global warming'......then it was changed to 'climate change' when the numbers for the temps no longer support the idea of 'warming'..
