For a start no Australian has the right to vote, so they are giving up nothing.

Those Australians who meet the criteria, are forced to vote by the government, it's been this way since the 1920's

As for not being 'considered and Australian', doing what you are told, when you are told, how you are told by the government, doesn't make you Australian it makes you a sheep.

they have the right to vote if they are overseas since its supposedly not mandatory. The rest of your conspiracy rubbish ill ignore.

It's your conspiracy to deny someone citizenship if they don't vote, I even highlighted where you said it. But you are right it was rubbish, maybe you should not have written it in the fist place.

No-one has a right to vote in this country, you are obliged to do what your are told under the act.

Where you meet the criteria to vote you are obliged to vote, I suggest you peruse the electoral act sections 95 through to 125. There is an out for citizens who are non-residents for more than 6 years, but there is no right. god I hope you know what a right is, otherwise I will end up in yet another cretinous conversation with you.

I wish you would understand something before you make a comment - most of the time you comment on things where you don't actually know the facts.

"What is an aec page" is classic example.

The AEC is the Australian Electoral Commission. If you knew ANYTHING about voting you would know that is the body that decides who can vote and who doesn't have to.

Now what SUPPOSED is in that??

Voting is not compulsory for Australian citizens outside of Australia, should you wish to be removed from voting please fill out the below

"I am overseas indefinitely and request that my name be removed from the electoral roll"
