The commissions "Angry Summer" report

Does this look like an angry summer

With the graph above, how do these waste of my tax money, get to make a statement like below

A little help for you. It goes to 2012. 2013 summer has not arrived yet, either has 2013 christmas, but we live in hope.

Also, remember back at school and see how the numbers go up by 3.

One thing i notice with all these debates about climate change is the beneficial choice on temperatures, Before the whole climate change conspiracy started those who did study climate seen warmer periods as beneficial. Why on earth would want to make earth cooler? less plants will grow, less food will be produced and the ability of our planet to support life would reduce.

It may go up to first quarter of 2012 but it is a measure of nothing much.
