What's Mr Abbott's policy on animal welfare?

It's the question on everybody's lips. Right now, the pounds and animal shelters are overflowing and more keep coming. JuLiar, of course, has mismanaged the process right from the start. Millions are wasted each and every year while ordinary Australians go homeless and beg on the streets for money. David Oldfield was saying they should all be put down.

Thoughts?

I agree with this 100% and Karnal, as Mr. Abbott is still in touch with his donkey heritage I heard that he has a personal interest to help all animals, big or small. Mr Abbott just doesn't believe in animals conducting abortion but he won't admit it for obvious reasons.

But Karnal, I also think that Matty would still be much better than Mr. Abbott. Matty is kind and decent and he was a member of the greens because he wanted to do great work with animals. Cats especially, I hear.

Well Karnal, given Mr Abbott has donkey heritage and he has managed to put clothes on ever since the budgie smuggler incident, I'm sure he'll agree with you that it is indeed disgusting. If animals expect to live with us humans then they should assimilate and live like us. This nudist culture and living in trees and burrows is just weird.

We're talking about Australia's animal welfare policies..as for Asia Im all for the death ships to Asia and the Middle East to be stopped and for all animals to be processed in Australia.
As for domestic animals and pets there is no denying most people in Asia treat animals appallingly and you wont find me defending them.

Perhaps after Labor is sitting on the Oppostion Benches, Tony Abbott might grant Kevin Rudd an honorary portfolio, looking after that dumb arsed ox Julia Gillard, and she will need looking after...that $450,000 a year retirement package she recently voted for herself won't be enough to stop that river of crocodile tears that will flow from her eyes. Grin

Good point. I have just entered another serious relationship with a brown bear and the very rare golden striped pygmy Gongala. We were banned by the movers at the Gay and Lesbian march and had to organise our own march down the mean streets of Redfern. We were pelted with rotten fruit and other vile pieces of detritus. Tony Abbott has sworn a blood oath to outlaw such acts of ridicule directed at those who love animals.

Tony is our only hope. We hope, all three of us, to one day wed and spend the rest of our lives in bliss.

*Does anyone know how to insert an IUD 'copper 7' in a female Gongala? Please be civil in your response.
