But Labor's problems go deeper than that. It's basically a "rebellion" party. Now, some rebellion is good. There are definitely some fights worth fighting, but when that "rebellion" moves onto issues that only 2% of the population care about, you've lost your way.

Most of the fights to improve the conditions of the working classes have been won. So when the party whose sole existence formerly revolved around the very issue that has already been won, what does it do? It has to start to artificially invent issues. It starts rebelling against issues and fighting for causes that no one gives a rat's arse about. That's why you have upper class twits lambasting ordinary Australians, castigating Australian/European history and culture, lambasting men, lambasting whites, lambasting "bogans", basically critiquing the hell out of the average person.
