Your quote does not in anyway imply that "there has been no global warming for 15 years" as you have dishonestly stated.

There is far more to the earth's climate system than surface temperatures.

The simple facts are that:
The oceans have been warming for the past 15 years
Sea levels have been rising for 15 years
Global glacial mass balance has been decreasing for the past 15 years
The arctic ice cap has ben decreasing for the past 15 years

ie. THE EARTH HAS BEEN WARMING FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS

Even IF "Global surface temperatures have not risen in 15 years"

The physics is indisputable so when our atmospheres starts heating up again, just remember how irrational these deniers have been.
