are you talking about to the cows or public floggings, i my self being from Irish decent is a bit uncertain about the public floggings since last time we allowed it in this country many from my race where subject to public floggings just for being Irish. But i could see such a policy being supported by the middle eastern community as floggings are supported in Muslim sharia law.
