the polls are nearly at 60/40, Abbott is looking at a record majority of 80-90 seats and even closing in on a possible senate majority or with just xenophon holding balance of power. and what do we have...

Perhaps this might help you, longy.

nothing wrong with me, MOTR. It isnt me that is desperately trying to imagine that labor will win an election from 20% down. Its not me pretending that the economy is better now than in 2007 - thats you. Its not me pretending that everyone wants a labor govt. Thats you.

This parallels your climate change belief. you cannot cope with temperatures remaining static so you look for ANY bit of data that suggests otherwise regardless of its accuracy or credibility or relevance.

Critical thinker my ass! you are one of the LEAST critical thinkers on here. A truly critical thinker would be discussing WHY labor is about to be annihilated not trying to pretend that they arent.

On that basis you were not thinking too critically in 2007 or 2010 LW.

2007 was the second CLOSEST election where govt changed hands. It hardly compares to 2013 where Whitlams massacre will be eclipsed.
