Eh, I'm not exactly, but with "no fault divorce" a frigid or infertile wife is still entitled to half your poo while contributing nothing. dereliction of wifely duties and infertility should still be grounds for divorce WITHOUT a pay out. They brought nothing, so they can leave with nothing. It's only fair. Sort that out and you can have your marital rape laws.

Yes but the most precious resource she could bring is new life. He could get everything else on his own.

If you're both talking in dollar terms, I'm afraid the revenue from the work of each is very rarely equal - and even more rarely in the blokes favour.
