500 workers a week lose their jobs
Apr 10th, 2013 at 8:08pm

What cost to the community would that bring and what effect would it have on the governments budget?

Say they all lost their houses aswell as they couldnt make the mortgage/rent payments?

Who cares?

They're only dole-bludgers who've never worked, now.

Isn't that how it goes?

Add another 12,000 or more public servants to the dole, if Mr Abbott becomes PM.     Sad

No one wants to see anyone lose there job.....This happens when there is a world wide recession.....Australia is not immune to global factors despite what you might think.....Partisan bullshit always lacks any substance and ignores the truth.....How pathetic???

hey phil... we righties have believed that since 2008... go tell your treasurer he is the one that keeps telling us we are immune....not Abbott..

whos being pathetic.. you are...

you cant have a recession just when it suits you......but by the same token.. keep telling us what a wonderful economy we have..

which is what we keep getting.

I have always been horrified at anyone losing their jobs especially when they have gone offshore..and the govt does nothing about it...

I was interested to read where Holden have been subsidized since about 2001....apparently all western countries do this..

I am waiting to hear if gillard will withold money as they are given money to keep people employed not to make a profit.
