Former primary school teacher David Kramer jailed for sexually assaulting students at Yeshiva College

A former teacher at a Jewish primary school in Melbourne has been sentenced to three years and four months in jail for sexually assaulting four students.

David Kramer, 52, pleaded guilty to five charges of indecent assault and one of an indecent act with a child under 16.

The offences were committed against four boys aged between 10 and 11 at the Yeshivah College in St Kilda East between 1989 and 1992.

In his sentencing remarks the Victorian County Court judge revealed the college received complaints about Kramer's offending at the time but no report was made to police.

The judge said the college paid for Kramer to return to his homeland, Israel, shortly after the complaints were made.

Kramer later moved to the United States where in 2007 he was jailed for again abusing a child.

He was today given a minimum sentence of 18 months and, after time already served in custody, is eligible for parole in three months...

Anjem Chaudary is a confused individual.

Orthodox Muslim scholars say that fit men are not allowed to take welfare payments.

I've been saying it for years... Wherever the jihadi bombings have been, they've always made very certain not to target the politicians.

They know that immigrant Muslims have nothing to fear for as long as the politicians and their families are left alone. Immigration of Muslims would continue, and the pandering would continue with allowing for sharia law, mosque-building, halal throat-slitting, new Islamic schools, and the high-rate of dole-bludging and criminal activity amongst this community.

It would have been a simple matter for suicide bombers to blow up the president of the US, and the prime ministers of Canada, Britain and Australia. And not forgetting the queen.

These activities are confined to their homeland, just as the sectarian slaughter in Iraq is confined locally.

In terms of civilians getting bombed and slaughtered in the US, Britain, Europe, and Australia ~ or them becoming a serious drain on the welfare system ~ they don't compare with the threat that immigrant Muslim communities pose for Western nations.

Year in year out, our evening news services don't carry nightly stories of Catholics or Colombians engaged in violence and criminal activities to the degree that it is a stereotype of immigrant Muslim behaviour.

And maybe those Colombians over there who are doing all this violence stuff are just ..... waaaaaaaait for it ....... 'confused individuals'? Grin

How the hell a terrorist who got caught planning a bombing that would have killed hundreds can only get 12 years in a comfortable Australian jail with halal food and a visiting imam is way beyond my comprehension.

How is it possible that the court is allowing a would-be mass-murdering Islamic fanatic like Benbrika to be released back into society while he's still only 60 years old?

I'm a huge fan of the proposal that judges and magistrates should be summarily convicted of any criminal offence that results from their lenient sentences of violent criminals after their release.

The Jill Meagher case is a classic in this regard. I would have the idiots who kept releasing him back into the public arena locked up in jail for a minimum of 10 years each for the serial rapings and murder that he did over a period of many years.
