Dear O dear O dear ...

I opened up the news this morning, and yes, you guessed it, Sydney's 1.3% Muslim community is up to mischief again.

...

It's a scourge that has been brought upon Australian society.

No wonder the PNG people and the Fiji business rep are getting nervous about the imminent arrival of hundreds of Mohammedans in their neck of the woods.

It's a plague of biblical proportions.

Thank you Herbert. I wouldn't expect an open admission of error, but at least you had the good grace to post that.

Nope. Just questioning whether this chap is a muslim.

Tell me Baron, whats your opinion of Herbert posting a story about a woman being threatened with rape in a thread about muslim extremists, clearly implying that this was committed by a muslim extremist, only to find out that the perpetrator was a white native anglo? Do you consider that a malicious and unfair smear on islam?

I could have resorted to Taqiyya, but I thought that might be a little .. er.. tacky.

But keep watching this space.

I have a nose like a Louisiana hound dawg ~ and ah jus' knows there's Mooslims hidin' out there in them 'gator-infested swamplands.

Billie-Bob and the boys is out there now lookin' for them Mooslims. I can hear Old Shep bayin' in the distance. Ah think he's picked up the scent of Mooslim fugitives way back there where the cotton-mouths are as thick as vines in a Tarzan movie.

Yessiree. Ah'm expectin' a conga-line of Mooslims to be brought back sometime before midnight, for sure.

A Muslim prayer leader has been charged over a string of alleged indecent assaults on Sydney's north shore.

A woman, 57, and two teenage girls were allegedly attacked in separate incidents in Dee Why earlier this week.

An Egyptian national, aged 59, was arrested on Wednesday afternoon.

He was charged with three counts of indecent assault and is due to appear in court on Monday.

A 16-year-old girl was allegedly assaulted as she was walking through a reserve in Dee Why on Monday.

Both the woman and another 16-year-old girl were allegedly attacked on Dee Why Beach yesterday.

Apparently it was all just a misunderstanding....

http://www.smh.com.au/nsw/prayer-leader-charged-with-indecent-assault-police-20130801-2r0n3.html

However, Mr Alkahly’s Sydney-based son said the incidents were the result of a misunderstanding and his father, who does not speak English, is so embarrassed and distressed by his subsequent arrest that he has almost suffered a nervous breakdown.

He said the incidents arose when people on the beach asked to have their photos taken with his father, who was wearing exotic Egyptian Islamic dress.

Mr Alkahly also came into contact with one of the women because her dog started barking and gnarling at him, he said.

‘‘I’m so depressed, I can’t talk,’’ said the son.

A spokesman for Dee Why Masjid, Usamah Alamudi, said Mr Alkahly was simply showing ‘‘love and compassion’’ but had misunderstood the cultural differences between Australia and Egypt.

‘‘He’s very distressed. He’s been crying,’’ Mr Alamudi said. ‘‘He’s a good man.’’

The mosque released a short statement on its website urging people to stop sending abusive emails.

"In relation to recent alleged assault charges against a temporary visitor connected to Dee Why Mosque, we would like to inform the public that he is NOT the imam of Dee Why Mosque nor he is directly employed by us," the statement said.

"Please refrain from sending abusive emails to Dee Why Mosque's imam as he has nothing to do with this. The Islamic Society of Manly Warringah's committee will issue an official statement later today on this website."

Mr Alkahly is one of several qaris or prayer reciters sent to Australia for Ramadan by the Egyptian government.

The Australian Foundation of Islamic Councils assists in distributing them to mosques around Sydney where they sing the evening prayers.

An AFIC spokesman said they provided a letter of support for the man’s one-month working visa but simply acted as a facilitator for the mosque.

‘‘Different organisations approach us to provide a cantor and they can nominate their own,’’ he said. ‘‘We have no interaction with the individuals.’’

Mr Alkahly was planning on leaving Australia on August 9 but will have to front North Sydney Local Court on Monday on three counts of indecent assault.

The BBC's culturally insensitive headline:

Why are sex attacks on the rise in Tahrir Square?

Much better.

What is it with Arabs and Darkies behaving like kids-in-a-candy-store when it comes to opportunistic groping and raping of women?

They recently held mass-rallies across India in protest at the continuing epidemic of wholesale rape that has become a stereotype of the Indian male.

And then this week we in Sydney witnessed CCTV footage of a young Indian sexually molesting a young blind woman.

19 women raped in only 14 days in the centre of Cairo.

And then, incredibly, gandalf and cohorts will attempt to white-wash these incidences as not being the product of their cultural values system which places women only just ahead of their donkeys and camels.

The imams, gurus, teachers, and leadership at the Dee Why mosque should be taken into custody for passing on the message to their congregation that unsolicited groping, raping, butt-pinching, and breast-handling of perfect strangers is okay because it's only an expression of love and goodwill.

Our women should regard this sort of attention as one of the joys and benefits of multiculturalism. The more diverse the cultural norms ~ the more this strengthens us as a society.

There is strength in diversity.

So next time you women find yourself flat on your back in the local park with a bearded Darkie showing you a little unsolicited love ~ just relax and think of Australia.

I agree.

Kudos to you then.

The decent Muslims have to suffer every time one of these throw-backs to Medieval times believes he has a licence to step outside the bounds of acceptable behaviour.

Yeah Bassil is a name you would normally associate with Lebanese Catholics.

Sad for his family:

This story doesn't seem to have anything to with Muslims though.
