I firmly believe that it's possible that a Western-oriented and compatible sect of Islam can be developed in order to accommodate to the secular realities that Muslims are confronted with in Western society.

The Ahmadi muslims are compatible, they have dropped political Islam as well as Jihad and still follow the rest of that delusional garbage.
Abdus Salam won the first nobel prize for a muslim, he was from the Ahmadi sect, they found out he was an Ahmadi so they removed the word muslim from his grave.

The Ahmadi muslims are persecuted by mainstream Islam for heretical reforms, they cannot call themselves muslims where they originated from in Pakistan or they will be thrown in jail under Pakistani penal code 295, there were Ahmadis killed in Indonesia and there was talk about shipping them off to a deserted Island.

With the advancement of technology, DNA, cameras, photos etc, there are other ways to get evidence now.

1400 years ago you would of needed witnesses because that was the only proof and testimony somebody could rely on. Nobody would like a accusation or false testimony put on them.

So if a muslim man comes home and finds his wife banging another guy, he doesn't have to go into the street and find three witnesses, he could for example use his phone to take photos or take a camera and use that as evidence. Then if the guy wants to divorce his wife cause of her evil then he is entitled you.

It goes also with the muslim women. If she come home and finds her man banging another chick, she can take photos and that is proof enough.

Under Allah's laws for proof of zina-
Quote:
According to Islamic shariah, zina can only be proven by clear evidence, namely the testimoney of four trustworthy and sound witnesses (muslims) who saw it actually happen, or by confession of guilt,or by the woman becoming pregnant.
It cannot be proven by DNA testing or by use of cameras and videos in place of the things mentioned above.
And Allah knows best

It is not a crime for a muslim man to bang a non muslim woman outside of marriage,he could even claim it is a temporary marriage which is allowed, the shia call it nikah mutah which the sunni disagree with so they call their version of temporary marriage nikah misyar.

Are you a muslim Wally?

With the advancement of technology, there is no reason why people cant use them to there advantage or to use in there daily lives.

Just because people 1400 years ago used camels to get around, there is no problem using cars for example to get around these days.

And I here a lot of 4 witnesses in islam, but these two hadith mentions no evidence of a testimony of 4 witnesses.

During the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammad, a rapist was punished based on only the testimony of the victim. Wa'il ibn Hujr reported that a womam publicly identified a man who had raped her. The people caught the man and brought him to the Prophet Muhammad. He told the woman to go, that she was not to be blamed, and ordered that the man be put to death.

In another case, a woman brought her infant to the mosque and publicly spoke about the rape that had resulted in her pregnancy. When confronted, the accused admitted the crime to the Caliph Umar who ordered his punishment. The woman was not punished.

I have studied comparative religion.

Those 2 hadeeth mention a confession which is mentioned by Islam qa in my post as acceptable evidence.

If you recant your confession you can escape punishment.

So if the rapist does not confess the woman needs 4 male witnesses,do you think that might explain the very low conviction rates for rape under Islamic law?

Wally are there only two cases you know of where Muhammed punished a rapist?

Are you aware of any verses specifically dealing with the rape of slaves, wives, women captured in battle, or in other contexts where Islam considers sex to be a man's "right"?

This is incorrect. A rapist can be convicted on circumstantial evidence. Rapists are routinely punished in Saudi Arabia under sharia law.

The Usual Suspects .... dear o dear o dear ... 'Cry, the Beloved Country' (Australia).

Quote:
AN ANCIENT religious enmity is at the centre of a new conflict in the Sydney bikie scene, with a new gang comprised mainly of Sunni Muslims warring with a group of bikies with a Shiite Muslim background.

***

Quote:
The president of Notorious is a Lebanese-Australian with a long-standing association with a bikie from a colourful Sydney Sunni Lebanese family.

***

Quote:
On the other side of the conflict is the president of the Comanchero City Crew, a Beirut-born Shiite who grew up in the St George area. Comanchero has been one of the motorcycle gangs that have embraced the new breed of "Nike" bikie, and have been recruiting from the Lebanese and Islander communities for several years

***

Quote:
Traditionally, Lebanese Muslim migrants to Sydney have been geographically and religiously divided. The Sunni majority live in Sydney's west and south-west, mainly around Auburn and Bankstown, while the Shiite minority live in the St George area.

***

And when will our politicians ever learn?

And when will the voting public ever stop electing politicians who don't give a damn about ruining Australian society through the immigration of delinquent ethnicities?

The last I read, the president of Notorious was a Catholic bloke named Allan Sarkis.

"Nike bikies", wear expensive nike running shoes (nike air max & nike tns usually the footwear of choice), fashionable t-shirts and are usually clean shaven, in contrast to the traditional bikies wearing dirty jackets, leather boots and beards.

Where do the Lebanese Christians live Herbert? What about the Lebanese Jews? Is that an interesting tidbit of news too?

Pretty old info you got there Herbert.

Who do you think was running the drug trade and violence in the 1980's and 1990's in Sydney.

That's right, middle eastern Christians, notably Bill bayeh who got out of jail after 15 years, Danny Karam who is now dead and Drop kicks like Michael Kanaan.

Bikies come from a multi ethnic denomination. All bikies have different cultures in them.

For example a lot of the rebel bikies are from the greek community.

Hawi left the comancheros two years ago and is now run by anglo Mark Buddle.

The Lebanese Christians are the ones who control most of the crime up the Cross, aren't they? Along with the Christian Pacific Islanders.

Better not talk about them. The real elephant in the room is the one Boltie, Today Tonight, the Sunday Telegraph, and now the SMH talk about.

Sorry - refuse to talk about. By talking about it.

Hang on, are you saying the ethnic composition of the Comancheros has shifted?

Are you saying they've changed from being a bunch of awful Nike-wearing towel-heads to the decent white drunks of old Herbie prefers?

Please explain.

True Colours ~ you and Wally do a disservice to your cause by responding to my links with petulant ad hominems.

Your responses would not pass scrutiny from the general public as anything other than juvenile petulance.

I post the links, and say what I do, because I genuinely believe that for some years now the West has been engaging in overseas military adventures while all the time the real enemy has been gathering strength and increasing its numbers right inside the heartland of the US, Britain, Canada, Australia etc.

The Muslim menace that has been incubating inside of Western nations is the biggest elephant-in-the-room since the Turks under Kemal Ataturk ignored the fact that he was a rampant paedophile with his own private harem of both boys and girls.

If our politicians were recognising the problem, and dealing with the problem of importing more Muslims to add to the growing threat within our own national borders ~ I wouldn't say a word.

It's through utter frustration that some of us are driven to say what we do ~~ and the response from you Muslims and your collaborators confirms that our fears are not without reason.

Good post, Herbie. That totally justifies your mistaken assertions about Muslim bikies and elephants in the room. You genuinely believe it.

Why don't you just say so in future instead of leaving us all guessing?
