How many visa overstayers are given the dole?

How many of them are given government housing?

See visa overtsayers don't get a single cent or gov assistance.

Compare what an asylum seekr gets to that of a visa over stayer??

Matty used to ask exactly the same questions, Woof Woof. He longs to be in Opposition.

In September, he’ll be in government. Will you be voting up in Queensland, dear?

Some visa overstayers are treated very well.

My sister and her 3 girlfriends received little more than a tut and a ticking off.

It's all about risk and who is a threat to society.

4 22 year-old girls are hardly an issue.

how overdue were they? 2 days? had they found employment and were trying to hide from the authorities?

visa overstayers once caught are put on the next plane out, they don't get to give a cock and bull story and then spend the rest of their lives on the dole living in public housing.

Visa overstayers really cost us next to nothing compared to asyllum seekers, who when who have their claims refused tie up the legal system with appeal after appeal, all at no cost to them??

Maybe they should pay their own legal appeals, after all they can stump up 10K for a boat ride??

You can’t answer your own questions, Woof Woof. That’s rhetorical .It’s called leading the witness.

Matty always gave his readers time to give their thoughts. THEN he would come in with an intelligent reply, based on evidence, judgement and considered analysis.

Thoughts?

I'll be voting early and often, after all how will they prove that I voted many times, you need to show no ID, so I could go to any booth and say I am anyone who is on the roll and vote all day hell I might visit every booth in Swans seat I'll vote against him 20 times.

Why don't you need to show proof of ID and have your name marked off on an integrated computer system???? so when you vote your name is locked out???

voting is open to manipulation, why is that

really? you sure about that? we have half the immigration department dedicated to finding and catching them, surely that costs money, we detain them , more money, feed them, more money, we provide legal aid for those that require it, more money, we pay to fly them out , more money  ....

for every 10 asylum seekers, we have 100 illegal overstayers .... costs may not add up per person, but add ten times the people and suddenly it's not peanuts any more.

Uncanny, isn't it, karnal? This lovely old dear from Qld could continue to ask the exact same questions as that lovely young man that used to attend the GREENS meeting at Top Ryde, just up the road from KFC.
Matty doesn't have a Grandmother in Qld, does he?

True, Woof Woof. You’ll have to do this through the post though, won’t you?

Who’s seat is Dunedin in?

It’s possible, Skippy. When Woof Woof said she was a single mother from Queensland, I didn’t know she meant single grandmother.

Is this true, Woof Woof? Do they give you a sole grandparenting payment for that?

Please explain.

How much debt is too much??

How many asylum seekers arriving per year is too much?

Well there are not really very many ATM so i doubt its anywhere near "too much" now. On the other hand there are a LOT of visa over stayers.

SOB

do we do a budget forecast for the overstayers???

I didnt realize we fed and clothed them as well.

They must be surviving somehow - taking jobs off australians

And because of that they are taking the jobs of aussies. Aussies and refugees have to go on the dole because some visa overstaying cheat has taken the jobs. Not only that but they are obviously not paying tax so the employer is breaking the law and paying them under the table.

The question should why can't the overstayers be let apply for a further visa, because thats what we allow the boat people to do with TPV s.

Whats the difference, one group here to join society, and the other her for the same resson, too join society.
